One workshop, several tasks

Studio Medio is run by Sławomir Sobczak — fullstack developer, archviz artist and photographer. The design, the 3D model and the photography come out of one workshop, so each material speaks the same visual language, which makes our projects professional.

Frequently asked

What do you need from me to start a project?

A short brief is enough to begin: the goal, rough scope, and whatever source material you already have — plans, a product catalogue, a moodboard, or reference links. I come back within one working day with a proposed scope and estimate. The more concrete the input, the tighter the quote.

What does the process look like from start to finish?

Four stages: Brief (goal, scope, inputs), Model (a 3D/BIM model as the single source of truth), Development (the site or configurator built directly on that model), and Session (photography colour-matched to the renders). Each stage ends with something you can review before we move on.

Why handle web, 3D and photography in one studio?

Because they share one visual language. When the model, the website and the photos come from the same workshop, colours, proportions and detail stay consistent instead of drifting between three separate vendors. It also means fewer handovers, one point of contact, and one schedule.

Can you work with my existing CAD or BIM files?

Yes. If you already have CAD/BIM files or architectural plans, I build on top of them rather than starting from scratch — they become the base for renders, the configurator and the website. If you don't have them, we start from your plans, photos or a catalogue.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope, but a focused website or landing page usually lands in two to four weeks; larger builds with 3D configurators or a photo session take longer. You get a realistic timeline with the estimate, and I flag rush work (under two weeks) up front so nothing is a surprise.

How do you price a project?

Per project, not per hour — you get a fixed scope and estimate before we start, so the budget is clear from day one. If the scope changes along the way, we agree on it before any extra work begins.

The matter is simple - this website does not save any information about the user in the form of cookies. We don't want to spy on anyone.

Why is there information about AI next to some products?

We're witnessing AI (artificial intelligence) taking over many areas of our lives, including photography, graphic design, music, and many other creative fields. While I use AI daily, I prefer to treat AI as another tool to streamline workflows, not something that takes away from the joy of creating. That's why I clearly label AI-generated projects.
